Grape sorbet

Refreshing, easy, and tasty. Can be made out of red or green grapes.


  • 500 grams (18 oz) of grapes

  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon of maples syrup or honey (100% natural)


  • Freeze the grapes overnight (for at least 12 hours)

  • Process the frozen grapes with lemon juice and honey/maple in a food processor for 2-3 minutes until you get a smooth texture

  • Keep frozen
